Employer is interested in improving your professional skills, a lot of different courses. Comfortable company to start your career. Pleasant collective. Comfortable location.

Cons

Low salary relative to the IT market. For my opinion some workflows are not set quite effectively.

You are just another person in a very big system and they treat you like that. Don'ts expect anything until you are there for at least 3-4 years.
