Managers keep changing, remaining toxic nomikai culture, not to be able to have sales cycle( as there’s no sales )

A demanding workplace with managers who lack even the most basic managerial skills. Promotions are based solely on seniority, with no training in management or implementation of key principles to support employee growth or foster a positive work environment. Instead, the culture is marked by toxic remarks, dismissal of loyal and long-term employees simply for voicing criticism, and an overwhelming workload. There’s also a notable lack of consideration for parenthood — ironically, from managers who are parents themselves.
