Pros

Good place to start your career or gain valuable experience. Great people and company culture in San Carlos office. Solid technology and products.

Cons

Lack of organization and vision. Chaotic work environment. Lack of direction and execution on what should be important business goals for any company. Israeli leadership very combative and difficult to work with. Huge disconnect between Israel HQ and United States office, which has not gotten better in time I have been at the company. Sub-industry standard pay. Oh, and the lunch isn't "free" like they say it is...

Don't Bother

Pros

Great solution portfolio; smart colleagues, industry expertise, and employees willing to work as a team despite the Cons.

Cons

Low morale; no work/life balance, abnormally high turnover of employees, and EXTREME micromanagement by the CEO. The CEO makes every decision and approves EVERY penny spent which makes for very long approval cycles causing costs to rise due to rush charges for delays. It is a very bureaucratic and prolong process. Employees are not valued, empowered, trusted, or respected; I observed toxic situations. Employees cannot make informed decisions; budgets are woefully below industry standards; headcount is extremely scarce and when possible, you can only hire straight out of college. Employees’ time in the office is monitored in Israel. Employees must use a tool to request and log the hours they need to spend outside of the office for any reason. These logs are tracked and reviewed by the CEO. There is talk of wanting to make cultural changes, but I don’t see that happening without a change at the very top level. Not a fun or inspiring place to work.
