So very many -Management is entirely based in Israel and doesn't seem to understand the world outside of Israel -Zero opportunities to grow or learn. Just a place to put your career on hold. So many people here just coasting to retirement or their next job. -Company is super siloed. Different departments are highly territorial and refuse to work together. No one wants to take initiative to improve things and risk rocking the boat. - Senior management is just out of touch with reality. -Pay is terrible - If you have issues, HR is at best indifferent and at worst just totally non-responsive
