      All departments work in silo. Support functions are not well-supported; lack of basic infrastructure. Some managers of support functions are not strong; just suck it up mentality Teams within departments not working together. Culture of 'it is not my responsibility', lack of ownership from managers but expect it from the ground No work life balance;
