Good place to start your career or gain valuable experience. Great people and company culture in San Carlos office. Solid technology and products.
Cons
Lack of organization and vision. Chaotic work environment. Lack of direction and execution on what should be important business goals for any company. Israeli leadership very combative and difficult to work with. Huge disconnect between Israel HQ and United States office, which has not gotten better in time I have been at the company.
