Lots of opportunity at an industry leader in cybersecurity

THE PEOPLE. I've been lucky enough to work with many different people over the years, and it'll be extremely difficult to find a better group of humans (trust me, I've tried!). Employees are extremely helpful, and many will go out of their way to help, regardless of their level. Coming in at a close second is our technology, which is truly industry leading. Check Point wins multiple awards each year, and it's amazing to see how the technology and products continue to progress. Last, but not least, are the opportunities that are available at Check Point. As Check Point continues to grow, there will be more internal opportunities for employees to be promoted and/or learn more in a different/parallel career path.
Cons
Having left Check Point and returned, I know firsthand that the challenges that exist are not unique to this company. The leaders Check Point has hired in recent years have brought in new best practices.
