- terrible leadership - unstable product - many many many clients are leaving checkpoint - leadership can nag on you to close deals but are never involved in the sales cycle - company cannot even pay their employees properly, they did everything they could to not pay a $30,000 commissions check to me until i put in my two weeks notice and threatened legal action - they have been sued for not paying commissions many times before - many gaps in the organization and leadership - constantly acquiring companies instead of fixing internal organizational gaps - lack of executive leadership

Slightly lower pay, company products are lacking growth, HR department isn't the best. Though many things have improved over the last few years, the company has a serious PR issue amongst the industry, with regard to employee retention, adoption of new tech and generally low investment per employee.
