      CP will give a fair chance to the unexperienced. They will train you and provide a great stable place to work at. The ppl a great, love my team and the group in general.

      Cons

      They are not good at keeping their talents in terms of salary and general benefits If you start low, don't expect to mach the market average. Myself and the team are about 30% lower
