      Pros

      Check Point is very family first and considers work/life balance one of the most important things. The teams I work with are professional and fun. I have made many friends working here that I consider family at this point. I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else!

      Cons

      Due to timezone differences for the majority of R&D, this makes it difficult sometimes to reach a resource when you need it during US hours and weekends. There could also be more choices for healthcare options. It’s very limited for such a large established company.

      Pros

      Good work environment, flexible schedule, team effort, no back-biting, focused on the customer and product quality. ESPP, RSU, very nice offices, ability to work full time from home, a lot of diversity in the company employees. The company is very stable, and does not fire employees in times of crisis.

      Cons

      I have good days and some difficult days, but can always depend on my co-workers and management to assist when needed. I really haven't looked for, or found any things to complain about.
