Team work culture is good but that depends who is your team leader. A good Health insurance , shift allowances, within team.

Cons

Check Point does not follow the market standards when it come salary. Internal Politics is there :(

Great culture, sophisticated technology you are proud to sell, challenging and keeps you on your toes. Great compensation.

Cons

Ramping up is not the easiest, only because there is so much to learn to do your job effectively. Once that hurdle is over with just keeping up with ongoing learning isn't bad. Health insurance pales in comparison to previous jobs unless you live in Northern California
