      Great culture, sophisticated technology you are proud to sell, challenging and keeps you on your toes. Great compensation.

      Cons

      Ramping up is not the easiest, only because there is so much to learn to do your job effectively. Once that hurdle is over with just keeping up with ongoing learning isn't bad. Health insurance pales in comparison to previous jobs unless you live in Northern California

      Technology is meant to connect people around the world for the betterment of society. Check Point has a global presence which is seen in the company culture. It's nice to interact with individuals of all walks of life for a mission above themselves.

      Mobile and fitness expense would be nice but not a deal breaker

      People tend to stay here for extended periods due to the company's exceptional work culture. I've personally been with the company for seven years and thoroughly enjoy it. Its continuous growth provides ongoing challenges that encourage technical skill improvement.

      Cons

      Salary is likely my primary concern, and it poses a challenge when seeking additional pay increases.
