Well....where do I start? If you want to be degraded and disrespected and feel like you have no value, join the inside sales team. Most of the field you are countered part with will see you as their admin and expect you to do all their net new work and when they don't meet their numbers, the blame is on you. (Luckily I had a few good field reps.) There is absolutely no structure what so ever, if you have a question on something you will get a "I don't know" and then be forced to find the answer yourself. Training program for new hires?....totally unorganized and irrelevant to the role. No moral or work ethic, people come and go as they please or while they are there, it's not work. No motivation from the team to grow and promote or even do better in your current role.
When it comes to pay, you get paid less than what other companies offer. Not to mention there's no way to track how you get paid commission and what you are getting paid on. Everything is a mess and there's no clear answer on anything. When you ask, people will say "welcome to Check Point" how sad of an excuse. On top of that, when the new year starts you'd expect to have your numbers/goals. Not here. Expect to see that in June and then still be expected to reach that above and beyond 100%. As far as a prospecting tool.....didn't have one. Was told to google and LinkedIn prospects. What a joke. A prime example of how cheap this company is.
No one is ever on the same page and this company is a hot mess. Surprised people have lasted longer than a few months here. As if I didn't give you enough reasons to not work here.....One of the team "leads" is not only uneducated but also is not able to be trusted. Prime example of where you can go by kissing butt so if that's your style go for it!
