Pros

Great people to work with, And you are at the forefront of the industry, so you gain excellent experience for the rest of your career, in my opinion, an excellent place to start. Also, most of the people in the department are quite young (about 25-35 years old) which gives good vibes. - ESPP, Free Gym, Parking and 10Bis included

Cons

- If you are not getting promoted to a manager position, you make your way out of the company after around two years - Average rate or a little less of salary compared to what is accepted in the market

Well known company around the globe.

Cons

Still selling old technology along with a couple new offerings. Every process is extremely slow. Communication. Small territories that are over farmed. Compensation for workload. . Very little to no sales tools or applications to help streamline business. Culture.

Pros

The work culture is very nice, and the managers are supportive. For the T2 level, there is a dedicated training for two months which provides a good starting point for people going into the networking field.

Cons

After training sometimes the learning curve could be steep due to the numerous Checkpoint's in-house products. Time and stress management are key in this job
