      Pros

      Great company and even better products. May not always be first to market but when products come out they are great. Treat employees well, no micromanagement, great overall experience.

      Cons

      Marketing and pay is just average. Need better marketing to customers informed of all of our offerings. Pay is just ok, competitors pay more but I also don't fear for my job.

      Pros

      Great people across the board. People want to see you succeed and knowledge transfer and internal team support is high. Growth causes change but it's good for business and the company seems to be adapting to the market needs.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market and competitors are offering great opportunities for the same role but more money. Management doesn't seem to have the ability to make decisions at their level, everything has to be approved at the top.

      *Experience is dependent on managers, there are some great ones and some not so great *Salary seems lower than similar positions at other companies - but then again, everyone always wants to make more *Work/life balance is a bit off *No official comp time for weekend or travel time
