The culture is respectful, professional, and supportive, with many smart and experienced colleagues who genuinely care about doing things right. Leadership is thoughtful, work–life balance is generally good, and there’s a strong sense of stability and long-term vision. You’re working on meaningful products in a company that has real impact in the security space.
Cons
Execution can sometimes be slower than in younger or more aggressive companies, and decision-making may take time. That said, this has been improving over time, with clearer priorities and better alignment than in the past.
