Pros
Good people, takes people on without much experience, gives you many chances to succeed. it is a very versetile company and there is always something interesting going on.
Cons
Takes new people without much experience, lots of legacy code and infrastructure to the point where is sometimes hard to implant new things, it seems uncaring about the people work there. low salaries comparable to the market especially for QA. it sometimes feels like the company doesn't want to spend money even when it is needed makeing you jump through hoops to get approval for simple things.
