Bad work-life balance (avoiding Corporate IM apps, enforcing engagement via Whatsapp, no respect to off-hours) Abusive management, promoted to maintain the toxic culture and pushing employees by intimidation. No investment in good people - all leave after a while with no incentives to stay and grow in-house. Very cheap culture (They do invest a lot in PR though) - pay, bonuses, 10bis, events if any. Very poor HR with no power or will to maintain the employee experience or improve the culture. Work atmosphere is very not collaborative, especially across teams/groups. All run away from taking responsibility not to be blamed and targeted.

There are managers who treat their employees as slaves. We are expected to work during weekends, nights and even on sick days. My manager loves screaming at his employees and humiliating them in public. I was denied a vacation that has been approved months earlier, because a new feature was deemed more important.
