      Relaxed environment Great people, had a nice understanding and patient boss Stable company, almost no layoffs There are possibilities to move teams within the company

      Not many options to advance (in my team) Pay is on the low side (in my role - not cross-company) A lot of old legacy code to maintain No new employee orientation or training (I was employed as a student with no experience) you get 'thrown in the water'
