      Founder still with the firm and very productive. He has a unique style different than any other founder in the field at the level CHKP competes

      Cons

      The firm is at the stage where it is preparing for the next round of growth to double the size of the company. This will probably require additional breadth of executive management and some delegation of authority to be able to act with speed against the competition.
