      -Employee first culture and collaboration -Diverse leadership and peers -Vast industry leading security product portfolio, services, and training -Opportunities to excel with customers and partners -Excellent recognition and compensation plans -Many opportunities of job placement and advancement -Excellent work/life balance -Exciting customers and associated projects in the latest security technology available.

      -Product portfolio and technology grows so quickly, it can be hard to digest it all quickly -Security is a demanding industry, no shortage of projects -Marketing could improve -Complex to understand compensation algorithm

      Pros

      Peers and local US Leadership is great. Training opportunities are abundant. Good work life balance, and company has handled COVID very well. Maybe a bit over-conservative, but probably the right call when dealing with people's health and well-being. Decent 401k matching and Employee Stock Program, as well as financial wellness programs/webinars to help employees in that area. Well respected name in Cyber and Leader in many areas. Many new initiatives and Products that seem promising. Breadth of Portfolio is impressive. Infinity ELA program could be a game changer, when and if, it takes off. Exciting things look to be brewing…

      Cons

      Too conservative, which could be hindering overall growth. Marketing could be better. Pay is below market average, and annual merit increases are low and not guaranteed. Takes time to understand the Culture and process of doing Business. Way of doing things could be more streamlined and less kludgy. Technology is solid, GTM strategy and local support is lacking.

      Fantastic and friendly employees, amazing technologies and a corporate culture that puts customers and employees first. One of the best companies I have ever worked for, I am very happy to part of such an superb team.
