      • Stable work place - the company doesn't fire employees during times of recession • Good place to retire... If you're old.

      Cons

      • Poor pay • Lack communication between decision makers (Management) and decision execution (R&D) • Performance review is biased (influenced by statistics and internal politics) • Undeserved Promotions

      *Generally very stable (rarely anyone fired) *A room for growth *Possibilities to change your career (you can move from sales to developers , or from HR to QA and so on ) *Good pensions and Educational funds arrangements *Stock trade discount (employees can buy their stocks cheaper) *Great office location (in Israel)

      *Stock options not offered to everyone *Not very generous with "high-tech perks" (compared to some other tech companies)

      Pros

      Check Point has the history (yup...Gil invented Stateful Firewall) the entire product suite for Cloud, Premise and endpoints, the best "protection" rather than detection and has the smartest people doing great things. The training program with labs and documentation is unbelievable. The passion of our experts...I've just never seen this before anywhere!

      Cons

      Working with time shift of Israel HQ is sometimes an issue.
