      Pros

      CP is a good place to work at. It has a lot of benefits. Great technology, company trying to re-invent itself and capture more market share. Local sales teams are friendly and collaborate with each other. Very nice people. Nice bonuses, internal shares program etc... I recommend this place to a begginers and to a seniors Hi-tech employees.

      Cons

      Occasional cross-cultural challenges like any global company. Less than most. Marketing is not a priority.

      Pros

      Nice people, trip to Israel for new hires, ability to learn a lot of new skills, innovative company with great products, good benefits

      Cons

      centralized management in Israel, overworked and unorganized management in US giving little guidance to new employees, no option WFH (even for extenuating circumstances), serious office culture that doesn't show appreciation for going above & beyond and doesn't attract fresh talent or give them incentive to stay

      Pros

      Technology is solid Good health and 401k benefit plans Local sales teams are friendly and collaborate with each other.

      Cons

      Management and leadership is unreasonable. High quotas and you'll never make your number or hit your OTE. Executive Leadership does not care about the individual contributers. Very cheap on travel expenses and will require you to cover things out of your own pocket a lot of times.
