      Flexible work hours, a lot of in-house training, yearly raises and opportunities for promotion if you do your job well

      Cons

      Most of the technologies used in software development have been in the market for quite a while, and are quite limited. so if you are looking for any involvement with new technologies, most odds it will not be here. Salary is decent, but definitely not the best payers.
