Very low salaries comparing to other companies in the field. Very poor team events, low bonuses.

No Marketing Dollars to grow your business or support your plan, share rooms on all corporate trips unless you are director level, your expenses are like a mail in rebate, you are required to fly to Israel for training but no one will pick you up at the Airport and you will be left to your own defenses, no regard for your safety making you stay in cheap hotels, HR is a joke, if you have a medical condition they do not care, they will break every law because they do not train their employees on anything HR related, micro management with unrealistic expectations forcing employees to lie to keep their jobs, Israel employees do not care what US employees need to be successful, the culture is awful, no perks at all.
