      Pros

      They offer free lunch to everyone. Good place for the following 1) young people getting started 2) People who live in San Carlos 3) people who are unemployed or in the twilight of their career who can't find another job

      Cons

      Culture starts from the top. And this executive team continues to let history repeat itself by not providing their employees with any trust to execute on their jobs.They micromanage the entire company and squelch almost any idea that is not their own. There is a revolving door in the San Carlos marketing department. They can't hold on to good people because they realize they can leave the company and get more money, promotions and more respect working for another company.

      Catered lunches, open office and cubicles, snacks and free coffee and water, great product

      Cons

      Definitely would say that check point software doesn't treat their employees well. no freedom and ability to move up. employees don't seem too happy there

      Pros

      Check Point Software has very strong offering in the Network Security space. They offer the most robust Firewall appliances in the market and is well know for delivering a high quality of performance.

      Cons

      There was a phase of growth within my department where hiring was very questionable. The department should have grown at the right pace and with the right people. Pay is not competitive compared to other established Silicon Valley Companies.
