      Wage isn't high for the Hi-Tech industry in Israel. People seem to be "down", mentally, that is, sadder than average.

      Working with the people from all of the world. Good food- many option from the restaurants. Free training, free firewall for your home PC. Good health insurance

      They don't pay well. No much room for growth, some of the management has no idea on how to run the business. the company need american way of management.
