      Pros

      Good vision and technology. Excellent branding. Very strong financially speaking.

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic. Everything 8even the smaller things, must be approved by the CEO or the President. Complete lack of HR skills. Cost efficiency leads to taught work conditions that creates a bad environment. Incredibly high attrition.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive enough compare to other software companies. No car leasing plan - which is standard in Israeli high-tech companies.

      Pros

      There are two things i can come up with. First of all, the company is located near the train station. Second of all, you get lunch almost for free.

      Cons

      Too many cons but i'll sum it up in three sentences... They are signing you to a contract which makes you a prisoner and it is impossible to get out! You get payed like a slave and treated like a slave. This is not a nice place.
