      Pros

      Getting to work with a cutting edge Cyber Security company and help customer stay secure. Things are never dull and you are always learning. The company is financially sound and you don't have to worry about losing your job, even during a pandemic.

      Cons

      Its a global company and sometimes it hard to sync with staff that are physically on the other side of the planet. Their days can be your nights so this can be very challenging.

      Many opportunities for advancement and cross-training. Focused on promoting and hiring from within. Lunch subsidy. No lay-offs. Great leadership. Teams operate more like a family rather than being heavily hierarchical. Constant encouragement to innovate and develop new training and new strategies.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines and sometimes difficult expectations. Can be stressful when dealing with customer issues. New initiatives can pop up without warning, with high-level pressure for rapid completion while working on other projects.

Local and national resources ready to help customers Resources in Israel make themselves available after hours

      Company recently struggling with support issues, which can make my job harder. Can be challenging coordinating with resources in Israel Tons of products can make onboarding slow for some folks
