      A stable and big company, lots of people to learn from, great professionals, good benefits, good training.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy, very conservative approach in many subjects, not open to changes and new ideas, non competitive salaries.

      Pros

      Place nearby train station, subsidized lunch, bread, vegetables and cheese in the fridge stable work and salary on time.

      Cons

      Low salary, no real salary discussions, salary usually raise 1%, degrading treatment by the management, when something goes wrong, you get to the head. high management level (VP and up) do not count the low level management and the regular workers.
