      Pros

      people are great. everybody wants to help all the time and cooperation is great even though it is a very large company. RND is the focus of the organization and that is why it is good to work there. compensation is ok.

      Cons

      birocracy sucks when encountering it and financial tasks (such as getting money for a specific non standard issue) is very difficult.

      Pros

      Great people and working environment. If you really want, you can stand out and prove your self. Very safe (if you are good at what you do)

      Cons

      Very Very short on money. Even if you are very good and it will take them a long time to replace you they won't try to keep you. They have a bad and ugly way to make people leave Check Point.
