      Solid company, great people to work with

      Pros

      Many products and customers, always something new. Many roles to move within the company and a lot of place to grow. If you are good you will get noticed and the company will treat you as it should. You learn a lot of things related to network security and products. In the last few years the company has expended a lot and new roles are created all the time.

      Cons

      Salary tends to be on the lower avg of the industry, Yearly Bonus is nice but not enough. Upper management is too involved in products. In stressful times work-life balance is not so good.

      Great technology and a lot to study

      Cons

      Low salary. EVERY (doesn't matter if it's a VP or tier 2 support engineer) position changes could take more than 3-4 month and have to be approved by the President and CEO (????). A lot of bureaucracy and politics!

      Pros

      Good people, good work/life balance. Free Lunch (of "there is no such thing" fame). Great location a walking distance from a central train station. There are opportunities to grow if you're proactive about finding them and keep nudging the powers that be.

      Cons

      General consensus seems to be that compensation is subpar compared to alternatives. Large and diverse company - so much like a box of chocolates, when you take a position you never know what you're going to get, and what you get may not be to your liking.
