      Fantastic people to work with. Most employees are fun open and friendly. Learn a lot - lectures and courses on a regular basis, as well as people with great talent that are willing to teach. Employment security. Bonuses.

      Cons

      Some politics exist. Salaries are not very competetive for this line of business, no vehicle (part of the "humbleness" policy).
