      Good quality of employees, stable company, rich company

      Cons

      Management have very low human skill. Direct managers are like puppeteers, they have no power to change management low approach. This company makes more than $1,000,000 net per day and it is considered the cheapest company in the computer industry in Israel

      Pros

      Good vision and technology. Excellent branding. Very strong financially speaking.

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic. Everything 8even the smaller things, must be approved by the CEO or the President. Complete lack of HR skills. Cost efficiency leads to taught work conditions that creates a bad environment. Incredibly high attrition.
