      Toxic culture, abusive management

      Good office location Hybrid model Diversity

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance (avoiding Corporate IM apps, enforcing engagement via Whatsapp, no respect to off-hours) Abusive management, promoted to maintain the toxic culture and pushing employees by intimidation. No investment in good people - all leave after a while with no incentives to stay and grow in-house. Very cheap culture (They do invest a lot in PR though) - pay, bonuses, 10bis, events if any. Very poor HR with no power or will to maintain the employee experience or improve the culture. Work atmosphere is very not collaborative, especially across teams/groups. All run away from taking responsibility not to be blamed and targeted.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, fair salary, yearly performance review with salary update and bonus (potentially), good people and it really feels that my manager wants me to grow professionally and listens to what I have to say.

      Cons

      10bis card has a relatively small amount of credit - around 26 nis per day.
