      Pros

      It plays in an ok, but highly dated space (Firewalls). Trying to make a change to more relevant technologies that are not a commodity.

      Cons

      Compensation plans are horrible. If you ask for some clarification as to why you did not get paid, the answer will be some psycho-babble that will frustrate you to the point of not caring. This company has a horrible culture. The turnover is beyond belief. Full of folks who stay because the are comfortable with mediocrity.

      This is a great place to learn the basics, to have a great beginning, to prove yourself what you are worth. OR to have a stable place to work at for as long as you want to be there

      Cons

      At the bottom line its not a place where you can achieve greatness or true innovative excellence. A lot of mediocracy and non stop stress and overload which kills any time or effort to push new or good ideas.
