      Great work culture. Great products and one of the best in the industry. Company has been around for 33 years and is financially stable.

      Cons

      Conservative in spending. Less funding for marketing. Does not compensate the engineers based on the industry standards.

      Brilliant folks running the company, great work life balance, Check Point can secure any user\application\network and keeps buying very relevant cyber companies and rolls them seamlessly into the ecosystem.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit more competitive for higher prices areas, it has been improving lately though.
