Pros
Stable work place. Well Known & Successful in the security field. Nice co-workers. A lot of job opportunities inside the company. Bonus at the end of the year + company options investment program. A lot of beautiful girls work there). A lot of restaurants to order food from. The new products support new and better technologies. They do try to make the workplace better and solve the problems relating the work process. The HR are responsive and helpful.
Cons
Not very organized work process. Typically late on schedules. To much background noise and interrupts making the work process agitating. A lot of co dependents with a work overload, makes it difficult to progress. A lot of old & legacy products to support. Cannot use 10bis in restaurants outside, except maybe one or two. Lack of young spirit\culture. Lately more people leave the company the get hired, which makes it even more difficult on those who stay.
