      Pros

      Mostly great and very nice people!! Great if you have a family and feel like hiding under the radar.

      Cons

      Very disorganised. Cheap. Employees going to support customers are advised to get a bicycle or take multiple buses. Too many people complaining yet staying because of comfort.

      Pros

      -Proactive hiring style (you will hear back within 2 days of the onsite interview with a "yes, we want you" or "no, we don't want you"). -Gives people with no experience a chance. A lot of companies are putting out insane professional experience requirements for entry level positions. -Typical benefits -Catered lunch system

      Cons

      -Pay tends to be low and caps early on and all compensation adjustments have to be approved by the IL head quarters -System of overtime requiring "pre-approval." Usually this just means you work 8 hours a day and go home (which is nice), but sometimes managers introduce crunch deadlines and squeeze uncompensated overtime. -Career advancement in the CA office for developers is limited.

      Pros

      Big solid company, a good place to start and gain experience, nice people, good working hours, not too intense, good location.

      Cons

      Average salaries, since this is a large scale company it is harder to stick out, most of the code is old and not too much of writing code from scratch.
