Depends on which group, I was in a very good one, with very professional and skillful people, learned a lot, and part of the time had the opportunity to implement interesting things. Had a good amount of (paid) days off .

Very stable company, never had lay offs in it's 30+ years of existence, WLB is very important - sick days are paid from day 1 and no doctor reference is required for less than 3 sick days. Also the work itself is very interesting and rewarding.
