relaxed atmosphere, great people ,very stable workplace(no mass layoffs). you never have to take work home(in fact its forbidden)

Cons

reletivly low pay, no leasing, cheap unhealthy take away meals only supplied

Pros

It is extremely interesting place to work at. Very organized development process which gives any developer a very good and structured way to learn. The company is global, leader in it's area, and the responsibility which lies on the employees is big. Early on one can find himself talking to customers and meeting them. The tasks are aggressive and challenging and it is hard but satisfying to keep up with the necessary results.

Cons

Big organization which makes it hard to bring on a change. There are many views being considered and discussion being done before a decision is made. It is hard to create a change and persuade others no back you up.

Great people and working environment. If you really want, you can stand out and prove your self. Very safe (if you are good at what you do)

Cons

Very Very short on money. Even if you are very good and it will take them a long time to replace you they won't try to keep you. They have a bad and ugly way to make people leave Check Point.
