large corporate- hard to push process forward due to organizational policies. very low salary (-30-40% for market average for all positions).

Founder/Owner/CEO same person. Hard to get funding for projects.

Ridiculously low compensation, no salary raises and bonuses last year, top management lives in another world and tells you fairy tales, still doing business in Russia which is basically supporting terrorism.

Ramping up is not the easiest, only because there is so much to learn to do your job effectively. Once that hurdle is over with just keeping up with ongoing learning isn't bad. Health insurance pales in comparison to previous jobs unless you live in Northern California
