Low salary Disrespect Bad management

Lack of top tech due to very low pay grade and compensation (I'd say at least 30% below market), management really take advantage of world crisis even though it doesn't effect the company whatsoever - they use it as an excuses to have a really bad compensation (even if you are a top performer) ridicoulous daily allowence for food, basically - with every step you take - you always feel like someone is saving money and you're just here to be squeezed.

Centralized decision making in HQ.

Silo'd approach in some ways. Can be difficult to track and monitor progress towards revenue targets.

Release and Agile Process: The process around releases and Agile workflow needs significant improvement. Deadlines can feel rushed, and planning could be more thorough to prevent last-minute changes and issues. 3. Decision-Making by Higher Management: Senior leadership tends to make decisions quickly without deeply analyzing all aspects. This has led to mistakes that could have been avoided with more thoughtful consideration and consultation with the teams involved.

egotistical management with no respect for DEI and cannot handle intelligence.

Very obvious disconnects between upper management and the people that have to do the work. Frequently pulled from pillar to post on contradictory ideas.

Lower than market average compensation. Salary increases are minimal. Rigid and biased performance ranking. Mediocre upper management. Not great leadership by several VPs.
