Pros
Top notch technology that clients love. Lots of very clever people who've been at the firm for a long time. Autonomy to build your business in the way that you know best. No micro management from what I have seen.
Cons
Clunky internal systems can make it hard to get things done. Energy sapping. Pay is not market leading, complex commission plan. Quite a bit of dead wood 🪵 that shouldn't be here.

Bad work-life balance (avoiding Corporate IM apps, enforcing engagement via Whatsapp, no respect to off-hours) Abusive management, promoted to maintain the toxic culture and pushing employees by intimidation. No investment in good people - all leave after a while with no incentives to stay and grow in-house. Very cheap culture (They do invest a lot in PR though) - pay, bonuses, 10bis, events if any. Very poor HR with no power or will to maintain the employee experience or improve the culture. Work atmosphere is very not collaborative, especially across teams/groups. All run away from taking responsibility not to be blamed and targeted.

Great company culture and amazing people, nice office, opportunities and support to advance your career and move to different departments, travel opportunities as well.
Cons
They pay is not so good however it appears to be a lot better in Diamond Support. It can take time to get promotions
