      You can get a foot in the door into the industry with no experience

      Cons

      The pay is well below the industry average. The company is not adjusting with the times and adapting more modern technology. There is little to no room to move up. Extremely high expectations (you are expected to exceed all metrics standard) with no incentives to perform above what is expected from you. Revolving door of employees because they would rather hire new people than retain employees

      This company gives many their first chance in the cyber field, teach you a lot, level is good, social benefits (excluding food ten-bis) are good.

      Cons

      Pay bad, yearly salary raise have designated percentage max 5% ( 7 if u are star talent) which is bad if you start with relatively small amount.
