Sadly going downhill for about 2 years

Pros

Competitive wages, average health insurance, decent employee discounts on vehicles. There are a few good people still employed there but that is slowly changing.

Cons

Sadly there have been some changes with the Executives that run the company and they now listen to outside consultants and rely on people who have no experience in service to make decisions regarding that department. It's sad to say that this company has gone from being one of the more sought after companies to work for in the area to a place where even the most tenured employees want to leave. Not a very good outlook for the immediate future either as upper management (fixed ops, etc...) as well as HR are seemingly letting all of our complaints fall on deaf ears.

There really isn't anything positive to say about the service dept except that the staff would be the only reason I'd go.

Cons

Where do I begin ! There are so many problems with the service dept. they keep your vehicle for longer than it should, their not competive when it comes to pricing, they hire techicians who have barely any knowledge on the type of vehicle their working on. Another downfall is the Managment. They have no clue on what the customer expects from their establishment until something goes wrong. You never see them out conversating with customers much less the employees to find out customers needs.

Family owned and operated and you can tell they genuinely care about you. Competitive pay structure for Hampton Roads. GREAT incentives for good performance.

Cons

Far too often ideas are implemented without the proper steps to ensure the success of it.
