Pros

Great opportunities for people who are just starting out or for someone who would like to start a new career in the car business and if you don't have a college degree. Like the previous review stated, it is a no negotiation process which makes the car buying process easier and pleasant for all involved.

Cons

I agree with the previous review which stated that as a Product Specialist you will be working the majority of your life. Usually 50+ hoursa week, every weekend Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday, many nights of the week until 9:00pm (closing time) or 11:00pm etc. basically when you have finished with your last customer or delivery. There is a draw involved so it is hard to meet your quota for the month based on store traffic and a long wait for what they call a rotation of up's (meaning when it rotates to your turn to help a customer) but if you know a lot of people you will do well. The auto business is tough to work in and they do a fine job of reeling people in to sell cars with titles such as Customer Care Representative and Product Specialist, they prefer to hire people who have not sold cars before. With the new process which is designed to make the dealership more money and pay salespeople less than what they would normally make to sell a car "the old way."

Pros

lots of inventory to sell from if you are a sales person. clean

Cons

if your not part of the click, forget it. you are on your own and will have to struggle to get anywhere. if your not into kissing butt to the higher ups, forget it. you are labeled. the upper management, ceo, cfo's etc, will smile at you just as quick as they put the knife in. there is no loyaly unless you have kissed their butt and done all their dirty work for years. but even then, thats not a guarentee. if your a sales person i reccomend learning how the payplan really works, how it benefits management on how much you sell. work that to your advantage.

Pros

Good pay NOT REALLY MUCH OUTSIDE OF THAT will tell you anything to get you int the door. At least you will hit CSI since surveys are manipulated equals more money. All these positions open is not because of expansion.

Cons

LONG HOURS NO LEADERSHIP NO SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT COWORKERS ALLOWED TO STEAL FROM COMPANY AND CUSTOMERS (selling services that are not due telling you something is wrong when it’s not) If you go to HR you nothing is confidential you will be targeted/fired or written up. Hard to get vacation time, unless your the manager. basically a sweat shop. NO job security will tell you anything to get you in the door no one is safe if you have a family I would not work here . Can’t trust management. everything with these people is a competition we compete for parking spaces. Your gross profit (which is what your pay plan is based off of) money can be moved to other advisors without your knowledge adversely taking money out your check. Have to read a word script to customers. Will have someone watching you to make sure your reading it. If you are not reading verbatim you will be written up.
