      Pros

      The Life work balance is excellent. Everyone I work with is fantastic, and I like to get to know you. Everyone wants to help out and jump through hoops for each other and want to push each other for the same goal.

      Cons

      Only allowed to work from home once a week, but that is changing pretty soon. Little bit Drama with Upper management but nothing that really bothers anyone.

      Friendly environment, with options for growth, but depending on the type of boss you have.

      Cons

      Lack of company strategy. Sales has a lot of decision power and sometimes the company does things that are not part of the strategy just to satisfy the customer.
