      - It is nice to see the things that you work on out in the field and doing what they are supposed to be doing

      Cons

      - Salary didnt appear on the bell curve which I thought was a statistical impossibility - Hired for X, had my doing Y. Y was mind numbingly boring - Schedules were unrealistic and had to put in uncompensated Friday nights and weekends in an effort to bring the work in line with the schedule

      Amazing people - strong support of innovation - global industry leader - great products and solutions - top notch service - open environment - entire executive team is willing to jump in and support you - their doors are always open - if you like a fast paced challenge where everyday is an Olympic event this is the place for you

      Fairly stable financially although stock price is down. Company has a decent market position in EAS, labels, and is trying to push software into retail.

      Cons

      Corporate management is disorganized and is trying to transform itself to high tech. However, nobody in management has in-depth knowledge of retail.
