Work at the Dayton operations facility. Pay isn't the greatest, but the atmosphere was awesome. Seemed as though management cared about the people. They scheduled small fun things to try to keep it exciting. But now all the Good Managers are gone.

The attractiveness of Checkpoint is it's employees. It is a great atmosphere where people generally want to help each other in the company and in its community. There is a great family feeling where you can disagree but you end up working things out because that is best for the company. There is a strong bond that is unique.
